Brief: • Re-launch nationwide outlets for Grace Kennedy
Money Services (GKMS) UK to enable them to
offer money remittances services via existing
Western Union outlets
• Redesign each outlet with new branding, point of
sale and print advertising material
Solution: • Managed systems of signage design and pricing;
then coordinated rebrand for all retail lets
• Oversaw all design met brand guidelines
• Developed a system of production control, site
visits, signage manufacture and installation
reporting regularly to GKMS and Western Union
Result: • GKMS were able to concentrate on attracting new
agencies across the UK, without employing
expensive resources to manage the design and
installation process

create a brand that reflected the ‘modernity’ of
the client yet still reflected parent company’s ID
• Coordinated design team and external suppliers
to extend branding to client’s corporate ID,
marketing material, showrooms and vehicle fleet

evening of the new Birmingham branch
