Decmil managed the overseas manufacture of two storey accommodaon units for this project. Stage 2 of Karntama Village set a new benchmark in Village design by improving on the tradional central facility design to create this resort style village The design provided: Communal dining facilies and tavern which has been located adjacent to the sports oval, which doubles as a sports viewing locaon; A 100 seat dedicated cinema; An external BBQ adjacent to some of the sporng facilies; Sports facilies include a three lane lap pool, tennis/basketball court, gym, indoor cricket, golf driving range, and a sports oval.
