It has a central concept and shape of circle that freely opens itself towards the Karloveská street and its centre of gravity creates in the evening underlit fountain, regularly changing the color of light and water stream intensity. Square is inwrought with network of wavy lanes that create architectonical interesting impression. Under the square there are underground garages. On the square reside the Local Office of Karlova Ves but its dominant is Roman Catholic St. Francis church with monastery and pastoral centre by famous Swiss architect and specialist for sacral architecture Prof. Justus Dahinden. The back part of the square is polyfunctional house with halfcircle ground plan where settles Local Office and on first two floors there are amenities. Because the level of square is is raised against the surrounding, from the square side has this object 7floor, but from the back side it has 10 floor. Halfcircle is closed in the southern side 17 floor high-rise building Karolína with 74 apartments, that creates another dominant of whole complex.
