1. Mr. Mahendra C. Karia – Chairman & Managing DirectorHe has done his Civil Engineering from the K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai University in 1970, and joined the construction business of his father. He then joined M/s Ramesh Builders of the Hermes Group and after acquiring valuable experience of more than 12 years, he ventured out and incorporated Karia Builders. Since then in the past 25 years he has headed the group and taken it to this pinnacle with his vast experience and acumen, and in the process created many landmark

projects and not to forget a trail of satisfied customer patrons.

2. Mrs. Jyoti M. Karia – DirectorA medical practioner by qualification, she has been involved with the Karia Builders for the past two decades and has been involved in the administrative affairs of the group. She looks after the day to day functioning of the Office.

3. Mr. Deepak M. Rachh – DirectorHe is also associated with Karia Builders for two decades and has been looking after the group Business Development interest and is involved with the day to day working as also providing useful insights and support for execution of the projects.

4. Mr. Jatin Agarwal - DirectorThe young and dyanamic and very very enthusiastic Mr Jatin Agarwal is looking after the sales and marketing division of the company. His sound

knowledge of not only Indian but international market along with a dedicated team of sales professionals is thriving hard to take the sales and marketing division a notch higher.

5. Mrs Ushma Karia- Agarwal - DirectorMrs. Ushma Karia Agarwal is largely involved in planning and architectural aspects of the projects and overlooks all the designing and execution related work of the projects.

6. Mr. Pareekshit R. Shah – DirectorHe has been associated with the Company for the past 13 years. His main responsibilities include execution of projects and Finance of the group. He also oversees the Sales of the projects.

Apart from the highly qualified directors Karia Builders has a professional workforce taking care of different divisions where they have a team of

qualified project managers heading a civil work team of nearly 10 engineers and other civil staff. The staff structure is well in place with a purchase team, accounts team, sales team, legal advisors and HR and admin professionals.
