I want to extend a very warm welcome to all participants in this new edition of the Premier League in Salzburg, and also a special one to the President of the Austrian Federation George Russbacher. Salzburg has been present since the first edition of the WKF Premier League and has significantly contributed to its success and consolidation. This year all the worldwide Karate community will travel again to Austria for the World Championships of Linz in October, and this means that this year Austria and the Austrian Karate Federation are going to be the reference in the two WKF flagship projects, thanks to the dynamic work and performance of its Federation and President.
