Hey everyone!
Awesome job to everyone at the startup roundup a week ago!
FYI: I met with Matthew Marcus today. He just joined Adam Arredondo as the CTO of Local Ruckus. Coincidentally, I've put in an offer on a house in Hanover Heights (first to get Google Fiber) just a few doors up from Matthew's house.
He's filling his house with 3 startups that will work out of there full time: FormZapper, Local Ruckus and Leap2. Also I believe EyeVerify is moving into the office space across the south side of 45th street, literally about 100 yards south of Matthew's house.
Why am I telling you all this? I really think this is going to be a smoking hot little startup area in KC and I think it's going to get some national attention focused on our city. What if we worked together to make this happen? To get all the startups in one concentrated area of high startup density and just rocked KC!
Let me know your thoughts.
