NIIGATA BREWERY, Niigata, Japan The Niigata brewery was founded in 1997 and was the first company in Japan to receive a beer brewing license allowing secondary bottle fermentation and bottle aging. They produce a selection of European inspired beers as well as utilizing innovative ingredients and techniques to produce beers the like you will have never tasted before!!!

utilizes a technique which involves laying the brew
down for 3 weeks, freezing the beer in the barrel
then defrosting and allowing it to ‘’sleep’’ for 2 months.

Kiuchi Brewery is a brewery in Naka, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. It was established in 1823 by village headman Kiuchi Gihei as a sake and shochu producer. Craft beer production began in 1996 after a change in Japanese law governing micro brewing. A number of Kiuchi's products seek to combine European beer-making technology with traditional Japanese brewing techniques

This unique Japanese distilled spirit can be made from
