Why should we live in a paperless society?

•Less clutter for both manufacturers and consumers•Reduces the risk of identity theft•Save’s money Less paper and ink being bought•Better for the environment

Reducing the amount of paper we use helps reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions that are released into the air. This is mostly do to the process of creating paper and delivering it.

Paperless Society within the government

•U.S. government is switching from paper check to digital ones•$1 billion can be expected to be saved over the next 10 years from the switch•People will need to switch to direct deposit by March 1, 2013
