Ask your friends and relatives to buy some or give them away as gifts .as you know we are selling them at Bunnings, Northcote Plaza, The Good Guys and Masters. There will be a Xmas raffle to sell tickets with the cake selling this year so contact Brendan to help sell the cakes and could you take a book of raffle tickets to sell to your friends. Proceeds from the raffle going to Cystic Fibrosis Victoria. There are many BBQs happing soon especially the one for Nathan Hoare we are doing at Wingrove St on the 7th November he needs a standup wheelchair to help him while he sells his plants please see Coralie if you can help in any way. It was good to see our name on the front page of the Northcote Leader a couple of weeks ago. I would like it there more often. Youth of the Year Judging Panel in deep discussion from left, Dr. Hannah Pashley, Dr. Roger Killmier, Ms Sandra McKay & Mr Michael Cusick
Bragging A Talk Among Horses Some race horses staying in a stable. One of them starts to boast about his track record. "In the last 15 races, I've won 8 of them!" Another horse breaks in, "Well in the last 27 races, I've won 19!!" "Oh that's good, but in the last 36 races, I've won 28!", says another, flicking his tail. At this point, they notice that a greyhound dog has been sitting there listening. "I don't mean to boast," says the greyhound, "but in my last 90 races, I've won 88 of them!" The horses are clearly amazed. "Wow!" says one, after a hushed silence. "A talking dog!"
