Congratulations to all the Kallista competitors that ran at the Yarra Valley Racecourse last week. It's a tough round of competition and it was great to hear how determined and enthusiastic our Kallista competitors were. Results were as follows -
9/10 Girls 11 Girls
Indi Linde 3rd Chloe Pascoe 11th
Grace Belloni 8th
12/13 Girls 11 Boys
Ellen Jones 9th Ollie Grujic 1st
Elysia Mietscke 23rd Oliver Ball 11th
12/13 Boys
Taj Linde 8th
A special mention to Elysia who rolled her ankle early in the race but con-tinued and completed the race. Also bad luck for Billy Martin who in-jured himself the weekend before and couldn't compete.
Ollie G, Ellen and Taj and Indi Linde will be competing at the Eastern Metropolitan Region Championships on Tuesday at the Yarra Valley Racecourse again. Probably, as this Miniscope goes to print. Can't wait to hear how they went.
