K-Solar Program Overview• Part of the NY-Sun Initiative

• Governor Cuomo’s 2012 State of the State Address Greatly expanding New York’s solar programs Stressing the need to keep a firm eye on solar costs to protect ratepayers One of the goals of Governor Cuomo’s NY-Sun Initiative is to help school

districts reduce their energy costs by making solar power more affordable.
