I have a great pleasure in presentation of this project on JYOTI ENGINEERING CO.industry which is the practical study of theabove company.

MR. BHARATBHAI PATEL owner of JYOTIENGINEERING CO. and the companyestablished in 1996 in Rajkot. MR,BHARATBHAI PATEL has started JYOTIENGINEERING CO. They were producing onlyL.P.G. burners for gas.

Now days because of great relation andsuperior quality company produce manytypes of L.P.G. burners and original gasequipment and today because of excellentperformance they have lots of satisfiedcustomers in India as well as internationalmarket.

  They were treatment progress of JYOTIENGINEERING CO. during 19 to 19 and theyexpand their business in international market.

Raw material used in process

For each and every product there aresome materials which are transferred in tothe final product it is known as raw materialfor that product. Production is start with rawmaterial.

Raw material is the basic component of product; raw material cost is the major cost inthe all of the product.

  JYOTI ENGINEERING CO. uses c.i.castingas a raw material to produce L.P.G. burnersand equipments Flour mills. They use onlyc.i.casting as a raw material. JYOTIENGINEERING CO. always uses good raw

material in the production process. Theynever fraud with their suppliers. The companypurchases the raw material from Rajkot cityand Mumbai city.

Main function of laboratory is toverify the chemical composition of c.i.castingas per IS/ISO norms.

 The burner fatness and vibration tester isused for checking the noise and vibrationH.P.canteen burner, torch burner, R.V. burner,mixing tube. This instrument is used for

upgrading the quality of JYOTI ENGINEERINGCO.

SUGGESTION

Actually we are just student and to writesomething as a part of suggestion. It is not orcapacity but this B.B.A. faculty has involved.Practical study in B.B.A. course, so student have towork as their report.

  JYOTI ENGINEERING CO. is well developingcompany and it is doing its job very well but aftervisiting JYOTI ENGINEERING CO. Introduction wouldlike to say something for the JYOTI ENGINEERING CO.

  The area where ‘JYOTIENGINEERING CO.’ Company situated is notenough for company’s production so that theyshould have to expand it.

Second thing is that they shouldadvertise their product by any media. I think to

achieve their goal advertising is the beat way tomaking a good image in market.

Company needs to increase salespromotion activities.Hence I wished that company will try to remove

its faults as soon as possible and expand theirbusiness. I wish delight and bright future for coming

years.

CONCUSION

After visiting JYOTI ENGINEERING CO. Ifeel very glad that I had been part of it forsometime. This visit gave me much practicalknowledge and a very good experience.

 The unit is also enquired with the latesttechnologies and modern machines. The staff and workers are also well organized and Co-operative.

I have only learned a view about theworking of finance. Personal & marketing buthave also learned as the technical andmanufacturing fields are concerned.
