We met the mayor of Monterey.

We visited Colton Hall.

We visited the Cooper-Molera Adobe.

We saw a rooster and a sheep.

We ate ice cream.

We typed our scripts on the computer.

We went hiking at Point Lobos.

We learned about the history of Point Lobos.

We saw a harbor seal, otter, a snake a blue heron, and squirrels.

On the weekend:

We went to the aquarium.

We went to the amusement park in Santa Cruz.

We went to Raging Waters.

We went to Big Sur to the river.

We went to the Turkish festival.

We went to a family’s house.

Day 6

We practiced our skits.

We went to Del Monte Shopping Center.

We bought clothes, Starbuck’s and ice cream.

We practiced our skits.

We went to Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf.

We learned about the history of Cannery Row.

We also learned about John Steinbeck, who is a writer. He wrote many novels and short stories.

We went to Monterey High School.

We talked to the high school students.

We went to Bay View Elementary School.

We sang our song for the children.

We taught origami to the children.

Day 9

We practiced our skits and our song.

We went to the Farmers’ Market at MPC.

We bought flowers, sweets, like caramel apples, and brownies.

We prepared for the Farewell Party.
