7henpetitioner politel4 infor!ed private respondent that the land
1as his and re8uested the latter to vacate the land, private
respondent refused, but instead threatened hi! 1ith bodil4 har!.
Despite repeated de!ands, private respondent re!ained steadfast in
his refusal to leave the land.On 9une "6, "$$/, petitioner filed
