Jurica Pavlic SEC Challenge Croatian Track Test Gorican Croatia Revolution Speedway’s testing schedule with Croatia’s National Champion, Jurica Pavlic moves to Croatia ahead of the hugely anticipated SEC Challenge! The conditions could not have been better for the test, the sun shone and we were lucky enough to create different track conditions over the course of two days to gain some valuable insite, not every rider is capable of testing but Jurica worked the bike hard was able to give fantastic feedback. CLOCKING UP THE MILES GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES! Revolution Speedway took to the road to continue their important test and development of the brand new 2017 JAWA offset engine. Following a successful test at Glasgow, Revolution Speedway made the twenty hour road trip to Gorican in Croatia to put the JAWA and Jurica through their paces on the Croatian’s home track. The test at Glasgow had been great and it was good to get Jurica over to the UK on a track he had never been The Gorican track is a fantastic purpose built Speedway track and stadium that has played host to many important race meetings over recent years including World Championship and European Championship rounds and qualifying meetings. Thanks to the quality of the track and the fact that the owners have invested greatly in heavy duty machinery for preparing it, we had the perfect conditions for our trip, we were also lucky that someone had booked the sunshine! On our first day the track was slick and hard, we had two engines to test and spent a full day working through different set ups to gain as much information as we could. By the end of day one Jurica had a huge smile on his face and was looking forward to changing the conditions of the track for day two. After a great deal of prep, the track for day two was heavy and grippy, a total contrast to the day before but this didn’t phase Jurica, he got stuck into it straight away and we continued to collect important data. Jurica is fantastic on the bike and has a lot of experience of testing so he was able to ride the bike in such a way to try out many different things, he expertly manoeuvred on track to feel engine response and was able to judge varying degrees of performance based on the levels of grip over the two days and most importantly he was able to communicate back to the Race Team what he was experiencing. to before, taking him out of his comfort zone and putting him on all brand new equipment, but we knew the true test would come when we made the journey to Croatia. This is where Jurica feels most at home and he has certainly done some miles around that track! All of this comes ahead of the SEC Challenge which Jurica will compete in for a place in this year’s Speedway European Championship. It is an extremely tough race meeting with some of the World’s best riders competing for only a handful of places. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER, AMAZING TRACK, FANTASTIC FACILITIES AND A GREAT RIDER!

Revolution Speedway took to the road to continue their important test and development of the brand new 2017 JAWA offset engine.
