Evaluate
YourVenture
Evaluation is the process of "checking-in" on your
Venture. It helps you measure your Venture's impact
and determine if your Venture has met its goals.
The evaluation process also provides your team
with an opportunity to verbalize what is and isn't
working. Through evaluation, your team can
celebrate its victories and strengths, and identify
weaknesses so they can be fixed. Learn more about
evaluation on GenV.
