Golf Every Thursday this sum-mer, FLCC will be going on a weekly golf outing to Falcon Ridge Golf Course in Stacy. See Rich Larson if you have any questions.

Food of the Month During the month of June we will collect baking mixes like cake mix, brownie mix, and muffin mix. All food collected will be brought to Community Helping Hand to dis-tribute to Forest Lake area families in need.

Special Guest On Sunday June 7th a representa-tive from You Can Run But You Cannot Hide will be here to speak to us. YCRBYCH is a ministry that travels to schools, detention centers, festivals and more. They have done over 330 schools reaching youth by testimony on issues that kids face today. YCRBYCH's heart is to get the message of Christ and morality back into our public school setting.

Arts in the Park On Tuesday evenings starting June 9th, FLCC will be participating in Arts in

the Park at Lakeside park in downtown Forest Lake. This will be a great opportunity for outreach into the local community as we visit with everyone who stops by our booth. If you have any questions please contact Rich Larson or the church office.

In this presentation, she will talk about: different types of credit, credit reporting and credit scores, protecting your credit and credit repair scams.

Congratulations to our High School Graduates: Paige Reeder, Jenny Anagnos, Samantha Branum and Cassie Fos-ter.

QUOTE OF THE

MONTH:

“Jesus Christ is God's everything for man's total need.” - Halverson, Richard

Scripture of the

Month

“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him en-dured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

- Hebrews 12:2 (NASB)

General Thoughts

God has shown Himself to this church. It has been amazing to see over the last few months the amount of blessings He has provided, not only to my family, but a majority of the families at FLCC. I contribute these not to anything we have done, but to the gracious love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Currently we are heading towards the end of our current sermon series, “The Dynamic Church” and I am personally learning a lot from reading Jesus’ letters to the churches. The biggest question asks whether or not we are putting Jesus at the center of our church. I can tell you, on behalf of this church, that we will always strive to answer that question positively. Regardless of what is go-ing on around us, Forest Lake Christian Church will stand for Jesus Christ and will continue to spread His gospel to all of the nations. Brothers and Sisters in Christ, have faith that as long as we continue to put Jesus Christ in the center of what we do, we will always be a Dy-namic Church.
