Walden Woods Limited Homeowners’ Association – From the President
Summer has arrived here at Walden Woods. Most of our northern friends have returned to their summer homes. The HOA meetings have ended until September. The new building will be completed soon and we'll be able to use the pool tables again. The extra space will be a welcome sight in the clubhouse it has been a long time coming.
As many of you have heard there is a new manager starting soon; let us welcome her and wish her well.
Holly and I are returning north for a 2 or 3 month visit and should return in August.
Please support our social club any summer events they may have planned. Enjoy your summer and try to stay cool.
Thank You, Nick Fleischer, President LTD HOA 724-996-8074
Walden Woods North Homeowners’ Association – From the President As we move into the month of June and our Snow Bird friends have returned North to enjoy the cooler weather, we start to slow down on our activities for a few months. I would like to thank the Social Club Committee for the many events they provide for our enjoyment during the Winter months. I would like to thank Jerry Winters and Roger Ellis for hosting the new event "Hot Dogs in the park". We will be looking forward to Fall when this great event will resume. We have seen some great improvements around the community in the last couple of months. Just to name a few: The North clubhouse has been painted and new flooring installed, the retention areas on W Kindlewood lane and W Castlewood lane have been cleaned up, and the new pet waste stations have been installed around the community. I would like to say a big "Thank You" to the Sun Company Management and their maintenance crew. Just a reminder, when we resume our HOA meetings in September we will be accepting nominations for the offices of President, Second Vice President, and Treasurer. Talk with your friends and have your nominations ready. Anyone that is a HOA member is eligible to run for an office on the HOA board. Nominations can be submitted at the September 12,2017 meeting John Simmons HOA President [email protected] 352-503-2500
