Location: Lutheran General Hospital, Olson Auditorium / Atrium Date: Wednesday, October 15, 2014 Time: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM The Forum is open to ALL Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Condell Medical Center, Good Shepherd Hospital, and Sherman Hospital associates and physicians. We welcome a broad spectrum of completed projects including but not limited to Research, Quality, Process Improvement, Safety, Outcomes, Nursing, Best Practices, and Case Studies. Institutional Review Board approval is required for all human and animal research studies. Posters presented at previous Advocate Research and Innovation Forums will not be accepted. In addition, for this internal conference, we would like to include posters which have been or will be presented at external conferences. Please note presentation at the Research and Innovation Forum 2014 will not preclude you from participating in other research conferences or peer reviewed publication.
