December 2006 Update every five years consistent with updates to

– Transmitted to DCA, ORC report received

– Due to timing issues, Wekiva portion has been incorporated into overall update (including responses toresponses to the ORC report)

– Addresses all public and private utilities that provide water, wastewater and reuse within Orange County

– Provides for consistency with recently issued OCU Consumptive Use Permit (CUP) and Water Use Permit (WUP)

Capital Improvements Element– Identify and maintain a financially feasible

5-year schedule of capital improvements• The County shall identify in its annual 5-year

Capital Improvement Budget update a listing, description and budget cost for water-related projects and improvements outlined for the first 5 years of the Water Supply Facilities Work Plan to ensure consistency between the Potable Water Element and the Capital Improvements Element.

10-year period addressing traditional and alternative water supply sources, facilities and issues necessary to serve existing and future development within the County

• Work Plan must be updated at least every five years but no later than 18 months following adoption of the applicable Water Management Districts' Regional Water Supply Plan updates

• The County shall establish and maintain a current 5-year schedule of capital improvements for the capacity of wastewater, reclaimed water facilities and system components, both capacity and non-capacity related.
