might have to have assistance equipment to accompany them. Coordinate with VAMC nurses and social workers when a
hospitalized veteran is released and need transportation. Assist veterans with appointment changes to meet the trans-
portation schedule. 6. Maintain safety and hygiene of van and communicate needs to admin assistant. Schedule mainte-
nance and hygiene appointments and ensure van meets the appointment. 7. Meets all job safety requirements and all
