Cut the grilled slices into small pieces. In a bowl, add the chicken pieces, finely chopped green chilies, cilantro, salt, pepper, cumin powder, and garlic-ginger paste according to taste. Heat oil in a pan and add a pinch of fenugreek seeds. Wait until it turns black. Then add a pinch of turmeric powder. Pour over the chicken mix. Mix all of the ingredients well. Enjoy it with tortillas or as a snack with drinks! THE OLIVE OIL MYTH Some people think that olive oil is the only healthy oil, but it is not. You can buy safflower and sunflower oils that also provide you with heart-protecting benefits as well, and can cost less. She is from Shelbyville, Ky., and wanted to finish her senior year without commuting daily. She is a student at U of L majoring in English. She also loves horses and works at a riding stable. Her other hobbies are camping, hiking, and traveling. Her ambition is to work in film, either as a writer or actress or both! By the way, Morgan has an identical twin.
