Accomplishments● Developed a Pipeline Route Optimization tool using ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python (ArcPy) which was used to determine

pipeline routing scenarios. Vector and raster GIS datasets were input by the user, suitability weighting factors were applied and the final output was rendered using a least cost path workflow. Further refinement of the data resulted in more accurate routing strategies which saved both Fluor and the client time and money during the initial phases of the pipeline construction process.

● Served as GIS Training Coordinator for the Fluor Pipeline group. In this position I was responsible for developing employee training programs that fell in line with organizational objectives, performing needs assessments and creating instructional videos on a variety of topics including linear referencing and data conversion workflows. This job required strong interpersonal communication abilities, the ability to multitask, and outstanding organizational skills.

● While at the Hanford Nuclear site in Richland, Washington I served as GIS Project Coordinator for the Department of Energy's Annual Groundwater Report. My duties included the creation, collection, distribution and placement of over 500 maps, tables and other figures. In my inaugural year in this position the report was completed two weeks early for the first time.

● During my tenure at El Paso Corporation I played a critical part in the development of the APDM (Arc Pipeline Data Model) as the Technical Committee Representative for the company. APDM Technical CommitteeTasks included developing the structure, content, and technological aspects of the model such as the design of a geodatabase capable of storing information pertaining to features found in gathering and transmission pipelines.

Sr. GIS SpecialistFluor, Sugar Land, TX

● Managed day-to-day GIS-based project needs including scheduling tasks, distributing workloads and insuring that deadlines were met

● Provided GIS based maps and presentations to internal and external clients as well as upper management in support of permitting, environmental monitoring, reporting and pipeline construction

● Performed project specific analysis using LiDAR point cloud data, aerial imagery and geospatial data in support of on-going permitting and compliance needs for FERC filings

● Used ESRI Modelbuilder and ArcPy to create automated workflows for repetitive tasks such as charting elevation profiles with ArcGIS Desktop

● Maintained spatial and non-spatial data in both ArcSDE and PODs databases

● Tasked as the GIS Training Coordinator within the Pipeline Department where I was in charge of creating a training budget and the education curriculum for the GIS personnel

● Designed, managed, and edited geodatabases, performed geospatial analysis with vector and raster data formats, and developed complex raster analysis as needed to complete project-based requests from clients

● Developed and maintained web-based applications for the collection and dissemination of field data via tablets and smartphones as well as easier collaboration and data sharing with clients, employees in the field and contractors

Design Engineer IIIFluor, Piketon, OH

● Created 3D models of contamination plumes showing the extent of the plume and the location and depth of sampling wells

● Built a 3D model of the Portsmouth Gasseous Diffusion Plant site that represented over 300 buildings and underground infrastructure using ArcGIS ArcScene and Google SketchUp. Incorporated a spatial temporal database schema within the model that allowed access to the site D & D schedule to show facility tear-down procedures as they progressed across the site

● Performed Facilities Management analysis to track the D & D of processing equipment, piping, contamination area locations and infrastructure

● Assisted with the location siting of the onsite waste disposal facility for the dissemination of low-level radiation contamination

● Prepared maps for Environmental Remediation studies
