How do we calculate dissimilarity?

• The CCAFS measure: a modified version of the Euclidean distance

• Hallegatte et al. (2007): a rule based dissimilarity measure–Annual mean in rainfall–Seasonal difference in rainfall–Seasonal difference in temperature
