Northern Illinois University Highlights Below is a sample of the athletes and programs I assisted while working for NIU:

o Programs best ever 2nd place Mid American Conference Cross Country finish in program’s history, October 2016, which included a 6th and 8th places All-MAC finishers. Best MAC team finish prior to this year was a 7th place finish in 2015

o One 2016 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships qualifier o Two 2016 NCAA Division I first round qualifiers, 10k, Steeplechase. o Recruitment of Elite Midwest athletes to NIU for the 2017 -2018 academic year, which

included state champions and nationally ranked talent. o Indoors and outdoors distance programs contributed 37 percent of the programs record tied

4th place finish (indoors) 3rd place (outdoors) which was also the most scored by the distance group in program’s history at Outdoor MAC.

o Athletes set new school records: 800m and Mile indoor records, 5k and Steeplechase Outdoor, as well as numerous top ten performances in school’s all-time Indoor/Outdoor track records.

o Cross Country program earned the NIU Victor’s Award for “Academic Program of the Year 2015-2016.

o One Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country Champion, 2013 and 2014. o One NAIA Cross Country Championships All American, 3rd place 2013 and 12th place 2014 o Coached one 2014 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference champion (800m) o One 2014 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Outstanding Men’s Track Athlete of the
