Fireproofing System: Principle of OperationThe movable sensor is placed close to the test specimen (batteries). If battery/s explodes and/or catches fire, the temperature inside the chamber will rise. When the movable sensor senses the rise in temperature, it will send out a signal to open the Damper. This will allow either the Liquid Nitrogen or Dry Ice to enter the chamber to extinguish the fire safely inside the chamber without any operator intervention.
