BACTERIOLOGY IS STUDY OF BACTERIA AND WHICH INVOLVES IN THEIR IDENTIFICATION, CLASSIFICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION. THE ONE WHO STUDIES BACTERIOLOGY IS CALLED “BACTERIOLOGIST”.
BACTERIA ARE MICROSCOPIC SINGLE CELLLED PROKARYOTIC ORGANISMS WHICH CAN SURVIVE IN SOIL, WATER AND IN THE HUMAN BODY ALSO.
