(1) The finished fuel shall be visually free from solid matter and undissolved water at ambient temperature. (2) Blue limits are (Min. 1.7-Max. 3.5). (3) Applied only when an electrical conductivity additive is used. (4) The supplier shall report the amount of additive added. (5) This specification is based on Defence Standard 91-90, Issue3 (20 November, 2009).
