Join as Associate Investment Officer
Up to 3 rotations, with the first year starting in Washington DC
Standard development curriculum includes IFC operations fundamentals, financial modeling, leadership training, mentorship and a career development workshop
Frequent exposure to World Bank Group and IFC leaders through organized breakfasts and lunches
You will be part of an Investment, Advisory or Treasury team

WHO SHOULD APPLY
Candidates with the following characteristics should apply
Current students or recent graduates of MBA or similar programs
Strong interest in financial markets with 3 to 6 years of experience
Analytical and quantitative skills
Highly capable of communicating with others and working with multicultural teams
Can adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
Take initiative and are proactive
Show interest in Emerging Markets and willingness to travel
