Exercise is vital for anyone going through cancer and recovery. BCBC will condition your mind and body and is geared toward ALL fitness levels, so everyone can participate! With the help of scaled-down NAVY SEAL TRAINING fitness methods BCBCs turn any “woe is me” attitude into an optimistic outlook empowered by other BCBC members’ support. Tamra Herb, N.D. Dr. Mohan is based out of Sharp Memorial Hospital, he graduated with Honors from McGill University in Montreal, Canada before completing his residency training in Los Angeles and a cancer research fellowship in Toronto, Canada.
