Data Quality
•Correct data in NSSRS eliminates assessment issues later.
•Due date is when data must be submitted.•Districts are encouraged to use NSSRS
Validations link in the portal to audit their data.
•Before due date districts can submit changes to the data.
•After due date closes, the data is uploaded to DRC.
Data Uploads to DRC• Due Date to update student data in NSSRS for
writing upload to DRC – December 1, 2014• Writing assessment data upload to DRC on
December 5, 2014• Due Date to update student data in NSSRS for
reading, math, and science (RMS) upload to DRC – January 30, 2015
• Data for RMS assessments uploaded to DRC on February 4, 2015
• Due Date for updated Alternate Flag in Special Education Template – December 1, 2014 & January 30, 2015
Student Verification Reports
•Audit data using student verification reports.
•NeSA Writing, Reading, Math, and Science Labels - Information from the Student and School Enrollment Templates for the selected school year that will be uploaded to the Assessment vendor.
•Due Date for NeSA-W is 12/1/2014•Due Date for NeSA-RMS is 1/30/2015
