b. KSC Environmental Sciences Branch will coordinate
activities of all participants of airborne in-situ
cloud measurements for (1) Shuttle ground cloud
(SGC) effects, and (2) inadvertent weather
modification experiments.
c. KSC Scheduling Office
(1) Coordinate and pUblish the Aircraft Control
Plan.
(2) Schedule resources required to support aircraft
operations (pre-planned and real-time).
(3) Assure support resources are provided and/or
in place.

I3. Ir;\p<lct Limit Lines (ILLs)
1. ESMC HanCJe Safety has designated the launch ILLs
depicted in the enclosed figure. The ILLs originate
at 28 deg 39' 53"N, 00 deg 44' 53"W. From this p::>int
they extend north on a hearing of 000 degrees true
and southeast on a bearing of 131 degrees true.
2. ~o aircraft may ue to the east of the ILLs at L-O.
No aircraft may proceed east of the ILLs after L-O
without approval by the Range Safety Officer (RSO).
RSO approval for NASA 402 and the T-38 chase aircraft
to proceed east of the ILLs after launch will be
relayed through the SRO/VC. For a nominal launch,
such RSO approval will be granted at approximately
L+2 minutes. In the event of a contingency mission
after launch, the RSO must approve deployment of the
rescue aircraft. The esc will request such clearance
through the SRO.
