Obtain and read the Jog Estates Property Owners association Inc. controlling documents and rules/regulations. 2. Complete the application form. 3. Pay the application fee of $100.00 payable by check or money order made payable to Jog Estates Property Owners Association, Inc. 4. Pay the administration processing fee of $50.00 payable by check or money order made payable to GRS Management Associates. 5. Provide a copy of the purchase contract or lease and the completed application form(s) to GRS. 6. 15 minute phone orientation conducted by GRS. 7. Approval or denial by Jog Estates Board Of Directors. Notes: 1. Jog Estates controlling documents and rules/regulations can be downloaded free here https://www.grsmgt.com/association/jog-estates/purchase-lease-application/, or, they can be purchased from GRS in printed form by check or money order for $75.00. 2. Make sure that your title company has verified that the homeowner fees on your new home have been paid. These fees may be a lien against your home, and you could be held responsible if there are any outstanding fees. Should the unit have funds owning the Association, an application for lease or sale will not be considered a valid one; until such time as all balances due the Association have been satisfied or arrangements for payment have been made. Such funds are not deemed paid in full until all checks have cleared the bank. Please allow additional time for all out of area checks to clear, before requesting an interview. The Association has thirty (30) days from the time of full satisfaction of all balances owing in which to process the application. 3. Make sure that your title company forwards a copy of your warranty deed to GRS Management. This If the application is for a purchase the designated party then agrees to furnish a copy of the WARRANTY DEED, along with the buyer’s LEGAL MAILING ADDRESS and TELEPHONE NUMBER to the Management Company, immediately following the close of the sale. The Management Company will not amend their records, recording a new owner, without said Warranty Deed. 4. It is your obligation to make sure that the mailing addresses and telephone numbers are kept up to date with the management company.
