Joe is the co-owner of Weekend Millionaires Agency (www.wmagency.co.uk) which includes Secret Party Project, two Record Labels, Weekend Millionaires with a more progressive sound and its more recent sibling label Deeper Secrets which as its name suggests caters for the current popular house music sub genre of deep, bass & tech, see www.weekendmillionaires.co.uk.!!Secret Party Project (www.secretpartyproject.co.uk) are renowned for their 'off location' & highly experiential parties, events and shows in both the UK and Internationally. It started back in 1997 in his hometown of Derby. While other kids his age were recording the top 40 on cassette he was listening to Masters At Work and the Pacha albums. Its all about the love for house music for Joe, always has been and always will be. He purchased his first pair of turntables at the age of 15 and never looked back. Within a short period of time he made a huge impact both in the Uk and Internationally which included Ibiza, playing alongside Afrojack, Carl Cox, Hardwell, Calvin Harris, Mark Knight, D.Ramirez, Shadow Child, Matthias Tanzmann, Joey Negro, Chris Lake, Judge Jules … the list goes on … he has also played at some of the biggest clubs and for the biggest house music brands including Space Ibiza, WeLoveSpace, Global Gathering, Miss Moneypennys, HedKandi, ChuffChuff, Gatecrasher, Pacha, Atlantis (Dubai), Ministry of Sound, Toolroom again the list goes on. !

Joe also deejays & produces under the guises of [PROJ3CT] & ODBA (Osca Deep & Brent Anthony). Joe is Osca Deep, and for now, the faceless talent behind the new Deeper Secrets Record Label.![PROJ3CT] is a trio consisting of Joe Quinn, Jimmy Kennedy and Luke Hayes of The Futuristic Polar Bears. !2013 was a huge year for Joe … the only deejay to do 2 dj labs for Mixmag with one of them at ADE … resident in Secret Party Projects hosted Marquee at Glastonbury called '666ick' in Shangri-La, other international festivals, supporting John Dahlback in a World Heritage and Grade II listed Monastery, Zoo Project Festival, headlining all Secret Party Project events including the huge sell out Halloween Event & finishing off the year featured heavily twice as [PROJ3CT] on Global Gatherings homepage as they supported Laidback Luke & Nick Romero shows. They ended 2013 supporting and hosting R2 at Global Gatherings Annie Mac & Rudimental show in B'ham on NYE and not to mention Tiesto playing the [PROJ3CT] track Keep on Rockin' on his New Years Eve Radio1 Essential Mix !!2014 saw the release of [PROJ3CT]'s studio labour as well as the debut tracks from ODBA. Headlining Secret Party Project’s sell out events as well as headlining his brands hosted arenas again at Glastonbury, Zoo Project Festival, Snowboxx, an event at Ocean Beach Ibiza and hosting the 2nd Room for Global Gathering on NewYearsEve. !2015 looks to be his busiest yet with more festivals and clubs internationally and at home in the UK, further production and releases and he is also busy plotting other exciting projects he cant talk about yet … thats the Secret Party Project in him !!
