Skills test = To show the ability of the candidate to carry out certain tasks.

Aptitude test= To show the candidate’s potential to gain additional skills.

Personality test =To find out applicant’s personality/ character.

Group situation test = To access the ability of applicant to complete task in a group situation/ team.
