Oracle Database System:

The basic functionality of the existing Database resp. Information System should be enhanced on a self-reliant and self-dependent base.

The System was developed using mainly JAVA following the MVC-Methode. Concerning the programming languages also JS, JSP, JDBC and CSS, HTML were used. The development environment was set-up using Eclipse including the SVN-Plugin subclipse.

The working packages of the SW-Releases vary in complexity and can be featured and formed by the student too.

The Oracle-DB is connected to a Datawarehouse resp. Business Intelligence Software and Analysis/Reporting Programms as SAP Busines Objects (webi) and BIRT.

Main topics:

- Continuous Improvement of the InfoSystem.

- Investigations concerning Data cleaning (Data-Mining, Data-Integrity).

- Extending the InfoSystem capabilities by Business Analyses Tools.

The daily work could also contain:

- Data research and data collection for latest communication systems and trends.

Qualifications: 

We expect a person who is very much interested in electronics. Ideally the candidate should have
