JirehPac has extensive experience in Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding and in tubes from 19 Ø to 50 Ø. With years of experience in the industry, we believe that our product and expertise will assist you with a product that is tailor made to your specific requirements.

HDPE BottlesA wide variety of high quality, standard and custom designed HDPE bottles are used mainly by the pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets. Bottles range in size from 50ml to 5 litres and are natural or pigmented.

PVC BottlesPVC bottles are manufactured for a wide range of health and beauty products. Primarily custom designed for enhanced branding; our extrusion blow moulded containers can be printed or labelled.

Polypropylene (PP)Polypropylene is used in the manufacturing of packaging for cosmetic products mainly due to its clarity and shine. Various shapes, sizes and colours can be manufactured to specific customer specifications.

Plastic TubesDecorative plastic tubes are manufactured for a wide variety of applications, including: food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and industrial. Sizes range between 10ml and 250ml and tubes can be off-set printed in up to 6 colours UV, high glass and matte varnish UV and hot foiled.

In order to provide world-class, tailor-made solutions, we use a state-of-the-art printer, to provide a high quality finish. Our printing presses ensure excellent registration control for superb tone work.

Labels are pasted by hand on bottles. Labels are pasted with a semi-auto machine on tubes.

* The labels must be outsourced by the customer.
