Just a quick iPhone photo that my buddy Justin took as I was shooting my customized Springfield XD40 V-10...... I brought a few goodies, the HK P7M8, Springfield EMP, my Bob Cogan customized Glock 19, Witness Elite Match and a couple others I can't think of off the top of my head right now... We had a great time although it was unusually hot in there today, the air circulation wasn't as good as it normally is. The Coalition Forces was lightweight and very comfy. Sometimes certain watches get a bit uncomfortable if you're shooting for long periods. Either from the extra weight on your outstretched arm, or the large size possibly digging into the back of your hand... neither was the case here. Titanium/rubber in 50mm worked out just perfectly for me. I believe this may be one of the bigger hits for Invicta this year when it releases (which will be VERY soon). __________________ Quote: Originally Posted by charleswatts Your candor in the explanation reveals the nature of the relationship you have formed with your viewers.

Putting the upcoming new Coalition Forces through its paces
At the range yesterday.
Just a quick iPhone photo that my buddy Justin took as I was shooting my customized
Springfield XD40 V-10......
I brought a few goodies, the HK P7M8, Springfield EMP, my Bob Cogan customized Glock 19, Witness Elite Match and a couple others I can't think of off the top of my head right
now...
We had a great time although it was unusually hot in there today, the air circulation wasn't
as good as it normally is. The Coalition Forces was lightweight and very comfy. Sometimes certain watches get a bit uncomfortable if you're shooting for long periods. Either from the
extra weight on your outstretched arm, or the large size possibly digging into the back of
your hand... neither was the case here. Titanium/rubber in 50mm worked out just perfectly
for me.
I believe this may be one of the bigger hits for Invicta this year when it releases (which will
be VERY soon).

Could be a big hit for Invicta Jim, and I want this one, but am holding off all Invicta's until the 7751 PD. Gotta have that beauty. __________________

It looked good when you teased it on air. Looks great in Sneak peeks.
Unfortunately, I'm not really allowed to say just yet. Sorry!! It will be more affordable than the originals however because it does not have that uber-expensive titanium bracelet.
your a stand up guy,,,,,love your honesty,,god bless and be safe __________________
I have the XD40 as well, love shooting that in low light conditions, that "V" muzzleflash from the top of the gun is awesome, back when it first came out I picked one up for 300 bucks....
I brought it to work ror show & tell during our qualification course, serveral co workers went
out and got the gun a week later.

With such a massive watch, the Ti certainly helps...
By the way... in the corner of your shot, it looks like there's a stairway. Who the heck puts
Nice preview and looks like a fun time at the range...
LOL, you crack me up Magie. Nope, no stairs on the range..... maybe you're seeing the
ceiling baffles?

Yeah, most XD owners don't even seem to know that Springfield offers a couple models in
the V-10 option. Most stores don't stock them for whatever reason, but in the .40 it prevents
the muzzle from rising at ALL and is very effective. Some different types of porting on different guns aren't nearly as effective as the V-10 on this XD40. While it not practical to
CARRY a ported pistol for defense, it is a lot of fun for the range.

Talking about the new Coalitions Forces....there was mention of strap options for the original
model. Is that still the case? By the way I've got the Springfield V-10 in the .45
There is no such thing as “conceal and carry”. With a valid permit, you can carry openly or
concealed in Minnesota Concealment is recommended, but not required. You cannot lawfully carry a firearm in Minnesota without a permit except under special circumstance
Jim do you think it's gonna be bigger than the Sea Hunter and the Arsenal ? Which I'm
patiently winding my thumbs for.....lol

Love my Witness Match!
Incredible 45 for the money. The day I was qualifying the NRA guy had a custom Colt 1911 that he dropped 2500.00 in mods. Felt exactly like my 500.00 Witness. I let him shoot it,
first time with it he had a 1.25" group with 5 rounds. He was bumming!
