Key Advantages
SIMPLIFIED OPERATION
ENHANCED SAFETY
INCREASEDLAB
PRODUCTIVITY
8
Key AdvantagesENHANCED BUILT-IN SAFETY
Creating a Safe Environment in the Lab
•Vapor containment system: decreases operator exposure to jet fuel vapor•Safety door: prevents exposure to the hot heater tube section; test won’t start until the door is closed•Reduced exposure to fuel: fuel is flushed at the end of the test; keeps test section dry during disassembly
9
Key AdvantagesSIMPLEFIED OPERATION
High levels of automation and hardware
advancements
•Automates traditionally time-intensive manual activities: such as pump priming, flow monitoring, and sample aeration•Enhanced user functionalities: quick-connect dryer canister, tool-less fasteners, and automatic line flushing to minimize fuel exposure•New fully integrated RFID reader: easy and fast data extraction•Built-in IHT writer: seamless integration with the Alcor Intelligent Heater Tubes™•Multiple languages: instrument software supports many local language requirements
10
Key AdvantagesINCREASED LAB PRODUCTIVITY BY 25%
Reduced User Intervention
JFTOT IV with advanced technology improvements:•Significantly faster analysis cycle time•Reduces operator intervention by approximately 40 minutes•Allows the operator to focus on higher value responsibilities.•Provides traceable results with the Intelligent Heater Tube (IHT) by storing the analysis data electronically on the IHT, rather than on having a hard copy print out of the test
11
Value Proposition Summary
• Differentiators– Smaller footprint– Lighter weight– Safety– Ease of use– Increased productivity– Multiple languages
