Personal Developing Period (Application)
• At least 6 month experience in a unit -- sectional

PDP- is also a "Training Assignments" where participant makes program and then aplied it. It also an "Action Plan". They are practical projects designed by the Course Leader from which the participants may choose and carry out with their units, to ensure that the leaders apply the competencies that have been learned. They can be accomplished either between weekends of a training course, or at the end of a continuous course.
