• A jellyfish is a ocean animal. It is also invertebrate animal. It has no bones. It has gel all over its body.

• Jellyfish are transparent and colorful. Its body is called the bell. Jellyfish look like umbrellas or bubbles with tentacles hanging on the bell. They feel smooth and damp.

• Jellyfish move by taking liquid to its bell and pushing it out of its bell. Also jellyfish move by waves.

• Jellyfish eat smaller fish and smaller sea animals like planktons. They sting their food with its tentacles so that jellyfish can eat it.
