Quality Management System

Safety is the number one priority when using hoists. Therefore, JDN hoists are constantly subjected to quality and hardness tests under the most extreme conditions.

All air hoists are operated with an air pressure of 85psi only and all load carrying parts have a safety factor of 5

Every hoist is supplied with a works certificate which certifies the test with an overload of 25 percent.

The tests are part of a quality management system comprising all sectors from planning through customer service.

JDN fulfills all requirements according to ISO 9002, certified by Det Norske Veritas.
