Food for Thought with Small Company Implementations
1. Senior level leadership MUST be involved, and actively communicate with the project team.
2. Write every decision down, and keep detailed notes of any scope or project decision.
3. Introduce employees to the system early and often. The volume of changes with an ERP implementation can overwhelm employees, and start the rumor mill swirling.
