Overview
• 1. Townsville Innovation Complex (TIC)– funded via a NAIF concessional loan – $90.2m (+ cap interest)– to be completed by end 2021
• 2. Townsville Campus Renewal (TCR)– $73m to be funded from Capital & Infrastructure Plan 2017-2025– Still some capacity for other capital during the life of this project
• 3. Townsville Central Plaza (TCP)– $5m State Govt Catalytic Infrastructure Funding– design well advanced, to be completed by end 2018
