JBER F IRE & E MERGENCY S ERVICES Alarm & Sprinkler System Outage Steps If an outage will be for 72 hours or more for either a sprinkler or fire alarm system, the facility manager shall contact the Fire Prevenon Office to start coordinaon with the local maintenance acvity and the local safety authority to jointly develop wrien compensatory/migaon measures to ensure personnel safety and, to the maximum degree possible, mission connuity. In the absence of compensatory/ migaon measures, the facility shall be evacuated or operaons stopped.
