J.B. Davidson's American Biro-Bidjan Commission Trip Scrapbook

The scrapbook highlights the trip of J.B. Davidson, Professor of Agricultural Engineering at Iowa State College (University), to Biro-Bidjan in 1929-1930. Davidson was a member of the American Biro-Bidjan Commission. Many of the images focus on the agricultural aspects of life in Biro-Bidjan and other areas of the Soviet Union. There are also some images of France, Moscow, Crimea, Ukraine, and China in the scrapbook.
