#1: HEADACHE SILENCER

• Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

• Two teaspoons of honey to a glass of water

• That’s it! Drink up.

• Tea also works, but the apple cider will already be adding enough flavor to the drink.

#2: THROAT CLEANSER

• Sore Throat? Add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and gargle the mixture every 2-3 hours.

#3: FIGHT FATIGUE• Add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup

of honey, and place it in a jar.

• Let the jar sit for an hour

• Take two teaspoons every night before hopping into bed.

• Apply diluted apple cider vinegar to mild burns throughout the day.
