From The Vice
The AAR in Hesperia was a big success thanks to the efforts of a well organized crew. Thanks to everyone who gave of their time. Fall outings are here with some of the most enjoyable weather of the year, a few last camp outs before we
need to say goodbye.
The membership meeting at Hesperia was short and sweet with a lot of positive member input. Roger did mention that at this time the board that has served for the last 6 years will not be running again. I for one have enjoyed my time as your VP its been a valuable experience if you are considering an office please talk with a current board member about
your concerns.
We often hear that members don't like getting involved because of the politics but it is necessary for the future of this
organization. Finally if you can make it out to help close up the campgrounds your help is always appreciated.
NEWSLETTER
I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year
As you may have noticed this edition of the news letter has the information received over the past 3 months. There has not been
enough to actually create and send a news letter. Our newsletter should have information from ALL of the TTCM chapters and I
urge you to speak to you Chapter Presidents to do so.
The All-American was a BIG success and everyone had a good time. A huge thank-you to Chuck and Mary Dikenson and all of
their helpers.
The new and improved patio was used by members during the rally and enjoyed by all. Thank you to all members for their do-nations to complete this project. It sure looks nice! At the conclusion of the membership meeting, Steve McNeil resigned his position as co-campground director. Larri Hoople was
appointed to this position.
Hesperia has purchased a new and larger air compressor that will be used to blow out the water lines when the campground is
closed for the season. The man that has been doing this for us is retiring soon.
The annual fish fry was very successful. We had about seventy-five people and lots of food.
We would also like to thank the “wine group” for cutting wood.
As you’ve noticed, fall is upon us. The leaves are changing and falling fast and it will soon be time to close. Where did the sum-
mer go?

I want to send a big thanks to Bill Oates, Dick Hamlin and anyone else that helped close the campground in the fall.
A reminder that the circle will be closed to all camping until we get all that old wire out and replaced with copper wire.
Another reminder that the campground will not open on the 3rd weekend because of Easter and open on the 4th week-
end.
There is still time to sign up for property tenders next year, with the exception of the week of July 2-8 is already spoken
for. Just send Bill or myself an e-mail or text and say which week you want and we will put it on the calendar.
I hope everyone has a great holiday where ever you are spending it.
See you in the spring.

New Signs Going up
I have been in close contact with an extremely helpful gentleman at MDOT trying to find out about signage that will let people
know that there is camping in the area.
Jeremiah was more than happy to send me some forms to fill out for T.T.C.M. Bellevue to get started. He then advised that once
we got people off of the Highway we needed further directions to the grounds and referred me to the Eaton County road commis-
sion where I spoke with another very helpful person there.
I left a message for James and a few day later received a call stating the signage will be installed in the next 3 to 4 weeks. That
being said we will have directional signs at exit 48 off I69, signs as you approach Babcock and finally at the end of Babcock just
before Baseline directing traffic past Bellevue Campground.
We will be MUCH easier to find and hopefully get traffic past the grounds and new members
