When I was 10 years old, I started crafting a dollhouse for my Barbies out of a giant box. I colored wallpaper, made cardboard furniture, and even

sewed little curtains and bed linens. That Christmas, my parents surprised me with the real Barbie dream house and my love affair with real estate

began. I assembled that dream house, unassisted, in true move-up buyer fashion.

My career in real estate began in 2003, when I started working at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. In 2007, I transitioned from mortgage lending to
