Total Education Board

The Total Education Board advises the Pastor, the Principal of St. Robert

Bellarmine School, and the D

irectors of Religious Education and Youth

Ministry on m

atters essential to maintain the school and religious education

for our parish youth. The board formulates policy at the direction of the

Pastor, Principal, and Director of R

eligious Education and Youth Ministry and

works to assure continued viability and excellence in their program

s. Board m

eet monthly on the first Tuesday of m

ost months, Septem

ber through M

ay. The typical time com

ent is from one to tw

o hours monthly.

Finance Com

mittee

This comm

ittee advises and assists the Pastor in all financial matters

concerning St. Robert’s Parish and St. R

obert’s School. Finance Com

mittee

is responsible for establishing and monitoring annual budgets, financial

auditing and reporting, and managing parish assets and liabilities. It has

Sentinels of the Daw

n Prayer Group

This prayer group teaches and provides an opportunity for the parish com

munity to participate in the D

ivine Office that is prayed daily by priests,

deacons, and many lay people. The Liturgy of the H

Legion of Mary

The purpose of the Legion of Mary is the glory of G

od and the holiness of its m

embers, developed by prayer and active cooperation in M

ary’s and the church’s w

ork. Their spirituality is based on St. Louis-Marie de M

ontfort’s true devotion to M

ary. The Legion sees as its priority the spiritual and social w

elfare of each individual and is dedicated to bringing themselves and others

closer to God through prayer and action. Legionnaires perform

a variety of duties, such as visiting the sick and shut-ins, m

aking condolence calls, teaching religious education, and helping lax C

atholics return to their faith. All this is done w

ith a spiritual orientation. Auxiliary mem

bers are the praying w

ing of the Legion of Mary. They recite the Legion prayer and rosary daily.
